TO: All AHAM and HAAM Members
From: The Joint Awards Committee
After many comments and suggestions from members concerning the year end awards program AHAM / HAAM wants you to know we listened.
New this year AHAM and HAAM have decided to join forces and become one award program. After careful consideration we feel this will be well received from all our members in both clubs. Instead of having to attend two separate banquets, members can come to one and enjoy an evening of great awards, door prizes, a fabulous meal, a bigger silent auction, and of course a night out with all our friends.
In a joint effort, both clubs have decided to give back to our members. In doing so AHAM / HAAM will offer FREE participation in the awards program. Non members are encouraged to join in on the fun as well. (There is however a $25 non member fee PER HORSE)
AHAM / HAAM will strive to raise nominations and bring in new members to share in the activities. The banquet committee is currently looking into different locations to accommodate everyone and add some variety.
As always we encourage anybody with new ideas or suggestions to please call Ron Gekiere, Gayle Ledwidge, Terri Delbridge, or Cheryl DuLac. We promise to listen and take your thoughts under consideration.
